For the past 3 years as a SharePoint Analyst/Content Specialist/Designer, I have managed a diverse range of sites from team sites and project sites to information-rich knowledge base sites, which support staff, partners, and customers. My diverse range of experience has given me insight into a variety of approaches to the content life cycle. I have supported both highly collaborative authoring environments to heavily structured processes. I advocate user-centric solutions and ensure that the content and applications we publish are being effectively used to help our customers.
